5:30 – 6 pm: Meet and mingle with the Board members and other fiesta guests.
6 – 8 pm: Traditional Mexican sit-down dinner with optional alcoholic beverages. Vegan and gluten-free options available. Followed by a presentation on solar cooking and on our Mexican projects.
